工程陶瓷珩磨加工表面質(zhì)量
珩磨常用于內(nèi)孔表面的精加工,同時(shí)又是一種高效加工方法,可去除較大余量,適合加工相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)精度高的精密偶件。隨著金剛石等超硬磨料的應(yīng)用,今后,對(duì)高性能陶瓷材料的珩磨加工將占有很大比重。珩磨加工是陶瓷發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣缸(Mg-PSZ,TZP)、陶瓷泥沙泵缸體(ZTM,Al2O3) 以及陶瓷軸承套(HPSN,RBSN)等孔類零件機(jī)械加工的最佳選擇。
